This Friday, Deacon Tim Kennedy will talk to us about Jesus' Temptation

Talk will be followed by adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament

"Do you realize that Jesus is there in the tabernacle expressly for you - for you alone? He burns with the desire to come into your heart...don't listen to the demon, laugh at him, and go without fear to receive the Jesus of peace and love...
"Receive Communion often, very often...there you have the sole remedy, if you want to be cured. Jesus has not put this attraction in your heart for nothing..."
"The guest of our soul knows our misery; He comes to find an empty tent within us - that is all He asks."
- St. Therese of Lisieux

Spirit and Truth NJ ~ Friday, February 24th

This Friday Joe Sweeney will share with us about Our Lady of Lourdes.

Talk will be followed by adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

At the grotto in the Sanctuaries of Our Lady of Lourdes, a statue of Mary stands on the right side and the altar for the Eucharist is at the center, because the Eucharist is the center of devotion.
Bishop Jacques Perrier

Opportunity to serve:

Father Zbigniew has asked for volunteers to help with set-up for pre-cana event. Please come to the Auditorium this Friday anytime between 6-7:30pm. Let's try to give back in a small way to Saint John's who has given us so much!
